3 min Foam Roll (upper/lower)

 

Pre-game: 6 min EMOM

  • 1 minute Jump Rope
  • 1 Burpee every 5 Second’s or 12 AFAP

 

Workout:

Two AMRAP’s

12 minutes of:

  • 20 KB Swings
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Split Jumps

Rest 1:30 minutes then…

12 Minutes of: Use one Kettlebell

  • 20 Bent Over Rows
  • 15 Clean to Press
  • 10 Over Chest/Head Sit-ups
