Group Dynamic Warm-up : 2rds

  • 2 Minutes of Jump Rope
  • 1 min of High Knees and Butt Kicks (alt every 15 sec)
  • 1 min of Arm circles big and small, forward and backward (alt every 15 sec)

Pre-Game: 10 min

  • 6 Wall Balls
  • 6 KB Sumo Deadlift High pulls
  • 6 Box Jumps

Workout: 3 rounds of each circuit

Do 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.

Circuit 1

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Burpees
  • Reclines
  • Mountain Climbers

Take 2 minutes rest, then do…..

Circuit 2

  • Kettlebell High Pulls
  • Slamball
  • Speed Jump Rope
  • V-ups
