  • Min 1,3,5,7 – 3 KB Deadlifts + 2 Cleans + 1 Shoulder Press
  • Min 2,46,8 – 20 Skaters (r+l=2)

 

Workout: Ladder Training

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps

  • Thrusters
  • Burpees
  • Push ups (3 sec Tempo up/down)
  • Pull ups  (3 sec Tempo up/down)
  • BB OH Walking Lunges
