Band Pull-Aparts – 30 reps (mix it up)

 

Bodyweight Pre-game: Push-ups

Choose a number you can maintain unbroken and do that across five sets (ex. 5 x 5)

 

Workout: Push – Pull – Thrust – Run

2 rounds:

  • 50 Push Presses
  • 200m Run
  • 50 Sumo Deadlift HighPull
  • 200m Run
  • 50 Thrusters
  • 200m Run
