- Skips
- Dynamic Squats
- Rear Lunge w/ High Kick (R)
- Rear Lunge w/ High Kick (L)
- Push-up to Down Dog
- Hollow Out
1:30 Jump Rope
Pre-Game: 4 Rounds
- Run to the end of Dinaso Lumber
- 3 DB Thrusters 40/30
- 3 Pull ups, 6 Push ups, 9 Air squats
Workout:
Perform each exercisefor 30 seconds without stopping….
Rest for 1:30 and repeat 5 more times!
- Kettlebell Swings
- Mountain Climbers
- Kettlebell High-pulls
- Burpees
- Kettlebell Thrusters
- Jumping Jacks
Sounds crazy….. not really, it ends up being 6 rounds of 3 minutes of work and 1:30 rest
Only 15 Minute workout + 6 minutes of rest = 21 minutes total time
