Pre-game: 4 rds

  • 20 Weighted Sit-ups (use sandbag)
  • 20 Second’s on Bike

 

Workout: AFAP

  • Run 400m / 50 KB Goblet Squats
  • Run 200m / 40 sit-ups
  • Run 200m / 30 Body Builders (aka Man-maker)
  • Run 400m/ 20 burpees
