Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times.
- Back Squats: 5×5
after the second set add the following to the remaining sets
- 15 Sec on Bike
- 10 Split Jumps
Rest 3 full minutes before starting the finisher
Finisher: 25/10 16 cycles
- Kettlebell Dynamic Squats
- Ball Slam
- Bear Crawls
- Kettlebell Swings
