Then 2rds of the following movement for 30 sec each

  • Butt Kickers
  • Alt Rear Lunges
  • Lateral Hops
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Side Plank (switch sides rd 2)

 

Partner Workout:

1. *Band DB Bench Press/DB Floor Press- 5 sets of 5r/5l reps
2. Wide Push-ups w/ deficit (weighted)
3. Superset- Band DB Rows 4 sets of 6r/6l + Max  Band face-pulls
4. 100 Sit-ups (any Varaiation)

 

Finisher:

25/15 for 16 cycles

  • DB Renegade Rows
  • Half Burpees
  • Dmax Bend Over Push Slam
  • KB Figure 8 to hold
