1. *Band DB Bench Press/DB Floor Press- 5 sets of 5r/5l reps
2. Wide Push-ups w/ deficit (weighted)
3. Superset- Band DB Rows 4 sets of 6r/6l + Max Band face-pulls
4. 100 Sit-ups (any Varaiation)
Finisher:

- DB Renegade Rows
- Half Burpees
- Dmax Bend Over Push Slam
- KB Figure 8 to hold
