  • High Knees (Down and Back)
  • Inchworms (Down and Back)

 

Pre-game:  6-Minute EMOM

  •  3 Pull-Ups
  • 6 Push-Ups
  • 9 Squat Jumps

 

Workout:

75 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters

There’s a catch…. Every minute on the minute, stop, and do 4 Burpees.

Your choice of Barbell or Dumbbells. Just make sure the weight is Challenging.
