  • Banded Pass Throughs – 10 Reps
  • 200 Meter Run
  • Banded Hanstring Stretch -:30 each side

Triplet 1

  • Jump Rope 1 Minute/ 30 DU’s
  • Snatch – 5/5 reps or SnatchPulls – 10 reps
  • Half Burpees – 10

Triplet 2

  • Shuttle run x5
  • Dumbbell Thruster – 10 reps
  • Switches –  :30 seconds
