  • 200 Meter Run

Workout:  Dueling Circuits

2 groups will do 4 rounds of 30/20 work non stop at circuit A, rest for 2 minutes, and then switch to circuit B and do the same.

Circuit A:

30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop.

  • Jumping Pull-ups
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Battle Ropes

Rest 2 minutes.

Circuit B:

30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop

  • Dumbell Push Press
  • KB Dynamic Squats
  • Burpees
  • Jump Back Slam Ball
