  • 5 KB Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (ascending weight)

Workout:

Perform 25 reps of each then run 200m, 20 reps of each then run 200m, 15 reps of each then run 200m , 10 reps of each then run 200m, 5 reps of each then run 200m.
