  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 BP Shoulder to Overhead (45/35 lbs)
  • 5 BP Jumps

 

Workout:

4 Rounds For High Reps: Circuit style (stations)

  • 1 Minute DB Swings
  • 1 Minute Sandbag Hug Squats
  • 1 Minute DB Curl & Press
  • 1 Minute Jumping Pull-ups
  • 1 Minute Half Burpees
  • 1 Minute Rest……
