Group Warm-up: 2rds

  • Group Jog – x3
  • Walking Lunges – 20
  • Push Through Push-ups – 10
  • Lat Pull Downs –  5 Reps per side
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 per side

 

Strength: 12 minutes

  • Close Grip Upright Rows + DB Front Raise     5 sets of 5 reps (ascending weight) Front Raise 5 reps each side for a total of 10 reps

 

Workout:

AMRAP x 20 Minutes

  • 5 Hang Clean and Press
  •  10 Pull-ups or 15 TRX Recline Rows
  • 30 Double Unders or :30 Bike

Core:

AMRAP X 5 Minutes

  • 10 Dynamic Hollow Outs
  • 20 Russian Twists
