Group Run around the Loop, then 5 minutes of stretching and socializing  (clock starts when everyone gets back)

This is a :30’s/:15’s with a 1 minute rest in between.

  • Dbl KB Clean-Squat-Press
  • DB Renegade w/ Push-up
  • Battle Rope (hip toss)
  • Partner In & Out Tire Flips (outside)
  • Rotational Sandbag Lunges
  • Partner Alt. Shoulder Tap
