  • Push-up w/Hand slap/H2H Bear Crawl

 

Workout:

5 Rounds of

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

1:00 rest between rounds

  • Jump Rope
  •  Single Arm Kettlebell Clean & Squat
  • Half Burpees
  • Box jumps
  • Tire Pull w/Sledgehammer
