Group Warm-up:

  •  Tabata Air Squats – 2 min (:20/:10 4 cycles)
  • Alternate between :15s of high knees and butt kicks
  • Sumo Inchworm Push ups – 5  Reps

 

Core: 4 rds

  • 15 V-Ups
  • 30 Russian Twists

 

Workout:

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds without stopping…. then rest for 1:30 and repeat 5 more times!

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Kettlebell High-pulls
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell Thrusters
  • Jumping Jacks
