Group Warm-up:
- Tabata Air Squats – 2 min (:20/:10 4 cycles)
- Alternate between :15s of high knees and butt kicks
- Sumo Inchworm Push ups – 5 Reps
Core: 4 rds
- 15 V-Ups
- 30 Russian Twists
Workout:
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds without stopping…. then rest for 1:30 and repeat 5 more times!
- Kettlebell Swings
- Mountain Climbers
- Kettlebell High-pulls
- Burpees
- Kettlebell Thrusters
- Jumping Jacks
