Endurance: Bike Tabata

  • :20s on, :05 transition x 8 sets on the bike.

 

Workout:

:15’s work/:15’s work/ :15’s rest  for 8rds at each couplet with 1 Minute rest between each couplet.

Lower body work

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Goblet Squats

Upper body work

  • Kettlebell rows (alt. sides each rd)
  • Push-ups

Core work

  • Shin Taps
  • Russian Twists
