  • Floor Touches – 10 SLOW Reps
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 ‘s per side

 

Strength:  12 minutes

  • Deadlifts  – 10,8,6,4,2 reps

between sets traveling Inch Worms (10,8,6..)

 

Workout:

EMOM for 8 minutes

  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 7 MB Dynamax  Thrusters
  • 9 Push-ups

Rest 1 minute, then… for another 8 minutes

  •  15 Mtn Climbers 
  •  10 KB Swings
  • 5 Split Jumps  (l+r=1)
