  • Air Squats – :30’s
  • Band Pull-aparts – 10 reps
  • Pigeon Stretch :30’s per side
  • Core Exerxise of Choice – 1 Minute

 

Strength:

Atlas Stone Carry – 5 sets  (down & back)

No Rest / 32 sec work /14 sec rest

  • Renegade Row w/ Decline Push-up
  • Box Jumps
  • Kettlebell Snatch Pull
  • 100m Sprint
  • Sit-up Wall-slam
