Workout: Upper Body Strength

  • Double KB Clean & Press x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
  • a) DB Floor Press 5×4 reps
  • b) Incline Push Ups 5×4 reps (feet on bench)
  • DB Rows  5×5 reps (lying face-down on bench)
  • Rope Climbs x3

 

Finisher: 10 minute EMO

  • Odd -15 BP Floor Press (55/35)
  • Even – 10 Ground to Overhead (55/35)
