  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30’s per side

 

Pre-game : 4 rds

  • 3 Pull-ups
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Air Squats

 

AMRAP

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Kettlebell High-Pulls
  • 15 Mountain Climbers ( r/l =1)
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
