Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other

  • BB Floor Press: 3 sets of 8reps + 2 HEAVY sets of 3 reps
  • Chin-ups: 36 Reps – finish in 4 sets or less
  • DB Forward/Lateral Raise – 6 sets for 6 reps

* bang out all 36 Chin-ups or mix them in with the forward/lateral raise

 

Finisher: 4rds 25/10 Non-stop

  • DB Push Press
  • Sit-outs
  • KB Row and Catch (Alt sides)
  • Squat Jumps
