Group Warm-up: 2rds

  • Jumping Jacks -:30
  • PVC Pass Throughs – :30
  • Up/Down Dog – :30
  • Broad Jump To Burpee – 2 minutes

 

Pre-game: 7 minutes

  • 3 Pull-ups
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Long Sit-ups

 

Workout: 20 Minute Ladder

 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, etc….

  • Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • Box Jumps

*Every 3 rounds = 200 Meter Run   

If raining or if running trail is muddy, :20’s Bike Sprint every 3 rds
