- Broad Jump To Burpee – 2 minutes
Pre-game: 7 minutes
- 3 Pull-ups
- 6 Push-ups
- 9 Long Sit-ups
Workout: 20 Minute Ladder
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, etc….
- Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
- Box Jumps
*Every 3 rounds = 200 Meter Run
If raining or if running trail is muddy, :20’s Bike Sprint every 3 rds
