- 5 Broad Jump Burpees
**minute one partner 1 performs 5 Broad Jump Burpees then partner 2 goes, Minute two partner 2 performs 5 Broad Jump Burpees then partner 1 goes…. we did this style EMOM Monday & Tuesday

- DB Single Arm Hang Snatch
- DB Goblet Squat Jumps
B- 4 sets
- BB Floor Press – 6 reps
- Climbing Push-ups on box – 9 rep
- DB Curls – Max
C- Length of Gym and back x3
- Carries (pick-up something heavy & Walk)
