Group Warm-up:  15 min

Bike :30’s – :40’s – :60’s

  • Jumping Jacks – 20 Reps
  • Toe Touches – 10 Slow Reps
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 per side

 

Pre-game: 6 min EMOM

  • 5 Broad Jump Burpees

**minute one partner 1 performs 5 Broad Jump Burpees then partner 2 goes, Minute two partner 2 performs 5 Broad Jump Burpees then partner 1 goes…. we did this style EMOM Monday & Tuesday

 

Workout:

A – 5 sets x 8 reps

  • DB Single Arm Hang Snatch
  • DB Goblet Squat Jumps

B- 4 sets

  • BB Floor Press – 6 reps
  • Climbing Push-ups on box – 9 rep
  • DB Curls – Max

C- Length of Gym and back x3

  • Carries (pick-up something heavy & Walk)
