Warm-up/Pre-game: 2rds

  • 15 Jumping Jacks/ 15 Seal Jacks/ 15 Fling Jacks
  • Gate Swings 20 reg / 20 Gate Swings Feet Crossed
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Push-ups to Toe Tap
  • One minute Jump Rope
  • 30 Mtn Climbers
  • 20 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Alt. Groiners w/ T-stab

 

Workout: I go u go

rest 1 minute between each round

For 3 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 Barbell Dead-lifts

For 3 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 KB Swings

For 3 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 Barbell/ DB  Thrusters

For 3 minutes each partner will perform

  • 6 Barbell/DB Bench/Floor Press

For the last 3 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 Burpees
