- 15 Jumping Jacks/ 15 Seal Jacks/ 15 Fling Jacks
- Gate Swings 20 reg / 20 Gate Swings Feet Crossed
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Push-ups to Toe Tap
- One minute Jump Rope
- 30 Mtn Climbers
- 20 Squat Jumps
- 10 Alt. Groiners w/ T-stab
Workout: I go u go
rest 1 minute between each round
For 3 minutes each partner will perform:
- 6 Barbell Dead-lifts
For 3 minutes each partner will perform:
- 6 KB Swings
For 3 minutes each partner will perform:
- 6 Barbell/ DB Thrusters
For 3 minutes each partner will perform
- 6 Barbell/DB Bench/Floor Press
For the last 3 minutes each partner will perform:
- 6 Burpees
