  • PVC Pass Through – 10 reps
  • Pigeon Stretch -:30 per side
  • Hollow-out Switches – :30

 

Pre-game: :40/:20  3rds

  • Burpee to Broad Jump then back peddle ……repeat

 

Workout:

:30 seconds work/:20 seconds rest (5 rds Non-stop)

  • Kettlebell High Pulls
  • Skaters
  • Kettlebell Tactical Lunge
  • Dynamic Squats
  • Kettlebell Figure 8 to Hold
  • Flings
