- KB halos
- Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
- Jumping jacks
- Seal jacks
- Downward/Upward dog
- Mountain Climbers
15 minute AMRAP
- 10 BB hang clean and press
- 10 Bar over burpees
Workout (4 Rounds 30/15 circuit)
- KB Sumo deadlift high pull
- Plate rainbow
- DB push press
- Slamball
- Battle rope
