Warm up (10 minutes)

2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:

  • KB halos
  • Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
  • Jumping jacks
  • Seal jacks
  • Downward/Upward dog
  • Mountain Climbers

15 minute AMRAP

  • 10 BB hang clean and press
  • 10 Bar over burpees

Workout (4 Rounds 30/15 circuit)

  • KB Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Plate rainbow
  • DB push press
  • Slamball
  • Battle rope
