  • Hamstring Stretch  :30 (alternate sides ea rd)

 

Workout:

  • BB Rear Lunges (alternate sides each rd)

Rest 1 Minute

  • Dbl KB Squat Thrusts 
  • Sit-outs

Rest 1 Minute

  • Push Press
  • Battle Rope

Rest 1 Minute

  • Chin-ups
  • DB Seated Curls
