Group Warm up: (10 minutes)
2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:
- KB halos
- Band pull apart (OH and across chest
- Jumping jacks
- Shoulder taps
- Downward/Upward dog
- Mountain Climbers
Strength: Superset (15 minute cap)
- Bench Press 10 to 1 (Increase as necessary)
- Pull ups 1 to 10
Workout: 4 round circuit (45/15 with 1 minute rest between rounds)
- Close grip DB floor press
- DB pull over (Use bench)
- Push ups (Hand Release or weighted)
- DB snatch
