Group Warm up: (10 minutes)

2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:

  • KB halos
  • Band pull apart (OH and across chest
  • Jumping jacks
  • Shoulder taps
  • Downward/Upward dog
  • Mountain Climbers

Strength: Superset (15 minute cap)

  • Bench Press 10 to 1 (Increase as necessary)
  • Pull ups 1 to 10

Workout: 4 round circuit (45/15 with 1 minute rest between rounds)

  • Close grip DB floor press
  • DB pull over (Use bench)
  • Push ups (Hand Release or weighted)
  • DB snatch
