Group Warm-up: (2 rounds)

2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:

  • KB halos
  • Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
  • Jumping jacks
  • Push thru pushups
  • Downward/Upward dog
  • Push up to toe tap

Pre-game: 5 rounds

  • 10 BB/DB strict shoulder press (Increase weight until you can only push press 10)
  • 20 slam ball

Workout: 4 rounds

:45/:15 circuit style with 1 minute rest in between

  • Double KB clean and press
  • KB Sumo DL high pull
  • DB front raise and lateral (Alternating)
  • KB shoulder pass
