Group Warm-up: (2 rounds)
2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:
- KB halos
- Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
- Jumping jacks
- Push thru pushups
- Downward/Upward dog
- Push up to toe tap
Pre-game: 5 rounds
- 10 BB/DB strict shoulder press (Increase weight until you can only push press 10)
- 20 slam ball
Workout: 4 rounds
:45/:15 circuit style with 1 minute rest in between
- Double KB clean and press
- KB Sumo DL high pull
- DB front raise and lateral (Alternating)
- KB shoulder pass
