Run the loop twice and post your name and time on the board.
If there is time remaining after the run, stretch and get ready for the workout.
On the 2 minute mark for 20 minutes do:
- 5 KB Deadlift Jumps
- 7 Push ups
- 9 High-Pulls
- 100m Run
