Group Warm-up:  12 minutes

It’s going to be very hot today, stay inside the gym grab a band and a jump rope and get ready for the workout

 

Workout:

4 rounds; One minute recovery between rounds

Intervals look like this:

round 1- :30/:20
round 2- :30/:15
round 3- :25/:15
round 4- :25/:10

Movements are:

  • Reclines
  • Slamball
  • Air-dyne Sprints
  • Mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Battle Ropes
