Group Warm-up (10 minutes)

2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:

-KB halos
-Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
-Jumping jacks
-Shoulder taps
-Downward/Upward dog
-Mountain Climbers

Strength: 5 rounds

  • 10 BB/KB/DB clean and press (Increase each round)
  • 20 Slamball

Workout: (4 Rounds 40/20 circuit with 1:30 minute rest after 2rds)

-KB Sumo deadlift high pull
-Plate raises
-DB push press
-DB snatch (Alternate arms each round)
-Battle rope
