Group Warm-up: (1 round)

2 minute jump rope then 30 seconds of each:

  • Push thru push ups
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Band pull apart
  • OH band pull apart
  • Jumping jacks
  • Seal jacks
  • Upward/Downward dog
  • Groiners with T Stab

Strength:

Bench Press (5 Sets of 10 Reps)
DB Flys in between sets (15 to 20 Reps)

Workout: 5 Rounds

  • 20 DB Floor Press
  • 20 Slamball
  • 20 Push ups (Weighted optional)
  • 20 DB or KB Snatch (10R/10L)
  • 20 Push Press
