- 10 Power Jacks
- 5 Squat Thrusts
- 10 Split Jumps
Workout:
AMRAP for 10 minutes of:
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Slam Ball
- 20 Mtn Climbers (10r/10l)
2 minute rest then… another 10 minutes of:
- 15 Swings
- 15 Push Press
- 15 Goblet Squats
