Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Run the Loop…. then AMRAP

  • 10 Power Jacks
  • 5 Squat Thrusts
  • 10 Split Jumps

 

Workout:

AMRAP for 10 minutes of:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Slam Ball
  • 20 Mtn Climbers (10r/10l)

2 minute rest then… another 10 minutes of:

  • 15 Swings
  • 15 Push Press
  • 15 Goblet Squats
