Group Warm up: (10 minutes)

2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:
-KB halos
-Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
-Jumping jacks
-Shoulder taps
-Downward/Upward dog
-Mountain Climbers


Pre-game: 5 rounds ( 10 minutes)

  • 5 BB clean and press (Increase weight each round)
  • 15 Slamball

Workout: (4 Rounds 40/20 circuit with 1 minute rest after each round)

-KB High Pull
-Plate raises
-Seated DB Shoulder Press
-DB snatch (Alternate arms each round)
-DB Lateral Raise
