freestyle…. in other words do whatever you want just get ready.

 

Pre-game: 1 round as fast as possible 15 min Cap

  • Run 100m
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump
  • Run 100m
  • 20 Ballslams
  • Run 100m
  • 30 KB swings
  • Run 100m
  • 40 Push-ups
  •  Run 100m
  • 50 Sit-ups

Workout:

8 rounds of 25 seconds work /10 seconds rest at each couplet

One minute rest between rounds.

  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Battling ropes

 

  • Box jumps
  • Dumbell push press

 

  • Shuttle run
  • KB Rows (l/r switch at rounds)
