- Run 100m
- 20 Ballslams
- Run 100m
- 30 KB swings
- Run 100m
- 40 Push-ups
- Run 100m
- 50 Sit-ups
Workout:
8 rounds of 25 seconds work /10 seconds rest at each couplet
One minute rest between rounds.
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Battling ropes
- Box jumps
- Dumbell push press
- Shuttle run
- KB Rows (l/r switch at rounds)
