Run the Loop and with remaining time circuit through this mini circuit at :20 work / :20 rest until 45 cycles expire

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Band Face-pulls
  • Static Hang

 

Strength Superset : 5 Rounds (Perform exercises in order)

  • 5 Strict Barbell OH Press (Heavy)
  • 5 BB High-Pulls (Moderate)
  • 10 Wallball (Light)

 

Workout : 4 Rounds (40/20 with 1 minute rest in between rounds)

  • Slamball
  • DB Thrusters
  • Battle Rope
  • Plate Raise
  • Single Arm KB Clean and Press (Switch between rounds)
