Group Warm-up:
- Bike – 4 rds of 2 Minutes with 1 minute rest
after the 4rds, AMRAP this for 7 minutes
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Arm Circles
- 10 Rear Lunges
- 5 Walkouts
Strongman Workout:
Perform each movement for 30 seconds…
Move from one exercise to the next without stopping….
Rest for 1:00 and repeat 5 more times!
- DB Floor Press
- Bear Crawl w/Bag Drag
- BP Overhead Carry Hold
- Reclines
- Single Arm Kettlebell Thruster
- Evil Jumps
This ends up being 3 minutes of work with 1 minute of rest
