Group Warm-up:

  • Bike – 4 rds of 2 Minutes with 1 minute rest

after the 4rds, AMRAP this for 7 minutes

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Arm Circles
  • 10 Rear Lunges
  • 5 Walkouts

 

Strongman Workout:

Perform each movement for 30 seconds…

Move from one exercise to the next without stopping….

Rest for 1:00 and repeat 5 more times!

  • DB Floor Press
  • Bear Crawl w/Bag Drag
  • BP Overhead Carry  Hold
  • Reclines
  • Single Arm Kettlebell Thruster
  • Evil Jumps

This ends up being 3 minutes of work with 1 minute of rest
