Sandbag Clean and Throw – 10,8,6,4,2 reps
Workout : two 10 minute EMOM with 2 minute break in between.
EMOM 1
- 5 BB Snatch Grip High-pull
- 5 Plate Rainbows (R+l=1)
EMOM 2
- 5 BB Bent Over Row
- 10 Push-up
