* Gorilla Cleans- alternating cleans from hang position
* Alternating Press to Push-press- from rack position press right back to rack press left back to rack then push press = 1
Finisher:
- 100 Pull-aparts
- 100 Split Jumps
- 100 Sit-outs
* break up reps however you like
