30 sec. each movement

    • Pigeon Stretch (L)

Workout – Couplets

Spend 8 rounds (16 cycles) at each couplet before moving on to the next for 20 sec work/ 10 sec rest. Take 1 minute rest between couplets.

#2 Single Leg Deadlift/ Skaters

#3 Plate Ground to OH/ Plate Halos
