Group Warm-up

Run the Loop then  2 rounds of…

    • 25 Air Squats
    • 20 Jumping Jacks
    • 15 Mtn. Climbers
    • 10 Banded Thrusters
    • 5 Up Dog/ Down Dog

Pre-Game

    • 100 KB Swings
    • Perform 5 pushups at the start of each minute. You are done when you have completed all 100 swings!

Workout 

 3 minute AMRAP for 5 Rounds

Take 1 minute rest between rds.

    • 8 DB Deadlifts
    • 4 Burpees o/ the DB
    • 8 Push Press
