Workout – Intervals
RD 1= 40 sec w/ 20 sec rest ( 1 min Rest)
RD 2 = 30 w/ 15 r (45 sec Rest)
RD 3 and 4 = 20/ 10 (1 min rest after round 4)
RD 5 = 30/ 15 (45 sec Rest)
RD 6 = 40/ 20
