Social Warm-up

12 minutes to run/ bike/ jump rope/ ski and get ready!

Pre-Game

  • 3 Rounds
    • 30 Air Squats
    • 15 Push-ups
  • 3 Rounds
    • 15 Crunches
    • 30 sec Plank

Partner Workout 

4 minute AMRAPs UGOIGO style – Each partner will take turns performing the following movements continuously for 4 minutes. Partners will take a 1 minute rest between rounds.

Stations will be setup for each movement:
    • Round 1 – 6 BB Deadlifts
    • Round 2 – 10 Heavy Slam Ball o/ Shoulder
    • Round 3 – 10 DB Renegade Rows
    • Round 4 – 10 DB Thrusters
    • Round 5 – 5 Burpees
    • Round 6 – 10 DB Curls
    • Round 7 – 10 Jump Squats
