  • #2 – 5 Rounds
    • Minute 1 – 8 Push Press
    • Minute 2 – 8 KB Figure 8
    • Minute 3 – 16 Push-ups

Finisher 

20 sec work/ 10 sec rest (Stay on 1 movement for 4 rounds.)

    • Dips
    • BB Curls
    • OH Tri Extension
