Group Warm-up 

  • Perform 3 rounds of the first set of movements then 3 rounds of the second set.
    • 20 Jumping Jacks
    • 20 Fling Jacks
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 20 Lunge w/ OH Reach (10/10)
  • Perform 3 rounds of the following…
    • 10 PVC Pass Throughs
    • 10 Hand release Push-ups
    • 10 Up Dog/ Down Dog

Workout – For Time

15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3

    • Box Jumps
    • Plate Front Raise —> Forward Lunge
    • Dbl. KB Clean & Press
    • Reverse Crunch w/ Knee Kip

Cardio Finisher

20 sec work/ 10 sec rest Stay on 1 movement for 4 rounds.

    • Battle Ropes
    • Burpees
    • High Knees
    • Plank Jacks
