Group Warm-up

    • 30 High Knees
    • 25 Jumping Jacks
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 15 Plank Jacks
    • 10 Banded Pull A-parts

Pre-Game EMOM  (4 RDs)

    • Odd Minute: Right Hand – 7 SA Swing -> SA Clean -> SA Push Press-> SA Squat
    • Even Minute – Left Hand – 7 SA Swing -> SA Clean -> SA Push Press-> SA Squat

Workout – AMRAPS 

5 Rounds if 4 minute AMRAP Rest 1 minute between each round.

    • 10 DB Hollow Out Floor Press
    • 10 Mt Climbers (10R/10L)
