    • 40 Air Squats
    • 40 Jumping Jacks
    • 30 Dynamic Squats
    • 30 Forward Lunges
    • 20 Mt Climbers

    • 10 Groiners with T-Stab

Workout 

35 sec work/ 15 sec rest/ 6 rounds

    • Half Kneeling DB Arnold Press (Right Arm Press/Right Knee Down)
    • Inverted Row (under hand grip)
    • KB High Pulls
    • Burpee with 2 Shoulder Taps
    • Close Grip Pushups on KB
  • 1 min Jump Rope/ Bike/ Ski each round then 1 min rest

Finisher 

4 rounds of 10 reps each

    • Standing DB Curl with Twist
    • Seated Hammer Curls
    • Seated DB Overhead Tricep Extension
    • Banded Push Downs
